How does the QR code work?
Your QR code links directly to your Google review page. Customers scan it and land straight on the review form — no searching needed. Every scan is logged in your dashboard so you can track engagement over time.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your dashboard, go to the Settings tab, find "Close Account," enter your password, and confirm. Your subscription will be cancelled via Stripe with no further charges.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Passwords are hashed, payments are processed securely through Stripe, and all connections use SSL encryption. We never share your data with third parties.
How do email & SMS invitations work?
Enter customer emails or phone numbers, write your message, and send. SnappyRatings automatically appends your tracked review link — you never have to paste it manually.
When will I receive my printed cards?
For Plus plans, your order is placed automatically when payment confirms each month. Production takes 3–5 business days, then standard shipping. Two styles available: Classic (white with blue accents) and Bold (dark navy with white text). No design work needed.
